Access Points

The full name of this society is “Capital Smart City Islamabad”.

Capital Smart City Islamabad legal NOC already approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Several rumors revolved around the town regarding the Capital Smart City NOC status. However, it is announced entirely legal on the official website of RDA in September 2019.

It’s located on M-2 motorway, Islamabad near Thalian Interchange.

Yes, the motorway has approved a separate interchange for CSCI.

The approximate road length is 210 Kilometers, the Overseas Block constitutes 23.51 Kilometers of the total road length.
The road size relies on the type of road. The minimum size is 40 feet for a small road. A boulevard is 350 feet in size. Other roads are 180, 150, 120, 100, and 80 feet in size.
The sewerage lines are 9-60 inches in diameter and about 431 km long with a 34.50 km length in the overseas block.

WASA and RDA will source the water for CSCI.

Almost 45 overhead tanks will be developed with a capacity of 100,000 gallons per storage space. 150 underground tanks will also be developed with a capacity of 400,000 gallons per storage space.

The freshwater will be sourced from tube wells. These tube wells will be on the lower side of the Chauhan dam and river Sill.

About 400 machines and equipment were deployed initially and that’s increasing with every passing day.

More than 2500 workers are working on the site and the number is increasing day by day.

There will be 8 neighborhoods in total with 6 to 8 blocks per neighborhood.

To facilitate the payment process for the overseas members, Capital Smart City has formulated a separate payment plan. They can pay through their credit card, Foreign Telegraphic Transfer, and through currency exchange companies and sources.

As a requirement, all the overseas and executive block members must pay the due plot installments. Since the number of plots is limited, you will be issued a receipt of acknowledgment to confirm your eligibility for the ballot.

After 60% of the total plot payment, the buyer can apply for possession. The company holds the right to change the location of the plot as well.
